Korebalance-Sportkat
Balance exercises help us learn the correct equilibrium position of the body.
The main goal of these exercises is to find correct posture at the point where joints are minimally loaded and the muscular system uses little energy with maximum stability.
These exercises assist in prevention and recovery of many injuries.
The main concept here is to maintain balance against everything that tends to turn the body, or part of it, to the wrong position.
Furthermore, these exercises are used to rehabilitate and stabilize ankles, knees, hips and spine.
In older people they are necessary for prevention and avoidance of falls.
Korebalance and Sportkat are two computerized touchscreen balance machines that give us the opportunity to measure each patient’s balance-proprioceptive ability and perform various exercise programs in order to achieve best rehabilitation results.
